Pressure equipment

Pressure equipment is to be understood as pressure equipment in which the working medium is at an operating pressure greater than 0.5 bar. Such equipment falls within the scope of the technical regulations of pressure equipment, approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from January 16, 2019 № 27. This technical regulation is harmonized with the EU Directive: DIRECTIVE 2014/68 / EU of 15 May 2014.

This technical regulation does not apply to:

• main pipelines and piping systems given in Article 2 paragraph 1 of the technical regulation;
• water supply systems listed in Article 2 paragraph 2 of the technical regulation;
• simple pressure vessels falling under the technical regulation of simple pressure vessels, which is approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from December 28, 2016 № 1025;
• aerosol cans (sprayers)
• equipment that can be used in vehicles;
• pumps.
