Why is it necessary to perform conformity assessment of technical regulations of Ukraine?

For products entering the market of Ukraine it is necessary to assess their conformity with technical regulations, which are obligatory normative legal documents.

To control fulfillment of assessment of conformity with Technical Regulations, completeness and correctness of such works there is market supervision (inspection) in Ukraine.

One of the mandatory conditions for public tenders for the purchase of products is the provision of declarations of conformity and certificates of type examination.
