The choice of conformity assessment modules is the prerogative of the manufacturer (authorized representative) within the requirements of a particular technical regulation.
Conformity assessment procedures using conformity assessment modules apply only for technical regulations, harmonized with European directives or regulations of the new approach.
European legislation on technical regulation is constantly improving, so periodically changed and editions of technical regulations of Ukraine, harmonized with European standards or regulations.
